Terms and Conditions
- Online banking: Depending on which bank you bank with, there should be an option on your banking app or online banking to make an international payment. When going into your bank to send an international bank wire, you usually need to provide them with the following details:

International Payments System Routing Code (632005). - Conservation fund selection: As part of Frame The Wild’s vision and values, with every booking made through Frame the Wild a donation is made to a conservation fund of your choice that’s part of our portfolio. You can find the organisations here. Please let us know which one you would like us to donate to. Proof of donation will also be sent.
- Travel Insurance – Frame the Wild does not provide any travel insurance. It is the responsibility of each traveller to have their own travel insurance in place. Should you be interested we can introduce you to our recommended partners.
EXCLUSIONS
- Any Item not mentioned on the proposal as sent out.
- Any local or international travel costs
- All beverages not specified and personal items.
- Telephone calls
- Safari/curio shop purchases
- Spa treatments
- Gratuities
- All items of a personal nature
- Laundry services
- Government bed levy
- Landing fees
- Travel Insurance – should you be interested we can introduce you to our recommended partners.
- Mandatory KNP / Park and conservation fee per person per day (self-drive into any Kruger gate as well as game drives), unless an annual Wild Card is held or has been included in above quotation as mentioned
PAYMENT TERMS
- A 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation within 7 days to keep your reservation and confirm your booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Balance due 60 days before arrival
- Reservations made within 60 days of your arrival – full payment to confirm
- Cancellation terms unless otherwise stated:
- 50+ days before the date of arrival – A cancellation fee in the sum equivalent to 25% of the full booking value / full deposit amount will be charged.
- 40 days or less prior to the date of arrival – 100% of the total booking value will be incurred, plus any direct costs (e.g. specific food orders) incurred by the team in attending to the reservation.
- A “no show” on the booked arrival date – 100% of the total package will be incurred, plus any direct costs (e.g. specific food orders) incurred by our team in attending to the reservation.
- Please note, that cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
- Please take note of the banking details provided on the invoice.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By utilizing the services offered by Frame The Wild, you agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are applicable to all users of our shuttle tourism services, including passengers, clients, and visitors.
It is your responsibility to review and understand these Terms prior to booking and using our services. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use our services.
BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made via our website, or email. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Confirmation of reservations depends on availability and receipt of the required payment.
Frame The Wild retains the right to reject or cancel any reservation at its sole discretion.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices are stated in the local currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless specified otherwise.
Frame The Wild reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. However, for confirmed bookings, the price at the time of booking will be honored.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation policies differ depending on the specific tour package. Please consult the individual tour description for detailed cancellation terms.
Cancellation after the 25% deposit has been made will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellation after the full payment has been made within the 90-day arrival period will result in forfeiture of the full amount.
If cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival, where full payment has been made, only the 25% deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, available on our website.
Frame The Wild reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour option will be offered.
CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the tour. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Frame The Wild is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the tour guide or company representatives and will not be held responsible for any injuries resulting in unruly conduct.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Passengers with existing medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before participating in our tours. Frame The Wild is not liable for any health-related incidents that may arise during the tour.
Passengers must inform Frame The Wild of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or mobility issues at the time of booking.
LIABILITY
Frame The Wild is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages, delays, or expenses incurred during the tour, except in cases where such incidents are directly caused by the negligence of Frame The Wild.
Passengers are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances at their own cost .
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including text, images, and logos, on the Frame The Wild website and promotional materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent from Frame The Wild is prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
